Shipping Policy:
For local delivery :
Free shipping on all orders over HKD$500, otherwise $20 courier fees will be charged. Usually it will take 2-3 days to delivery to most area in Hong Kong.
Islands and remote area are not included, please check with us for others delivery arrangement options.
For international shipping:
Most items will ship within 2 days after received your order, We ship to most countries around the world which Hong Kong Post can reach for all orders , it takes about 2-3 weeks by air mail to get to your country. In case, Hong Kong Post cannot be reached to your country, we can arrange other courier services provider to delivery your order, If you are not sure your country can be reached by Hong Kong Post or not, please contact us, we will check that for you.
Are there any duties or taxes on my orders?
There are no export duties or taxes in Hong Kong, but the customs of your country may apply duties in some cases. We are not responsible for any customs or duty charges that the recipient may incur. To confirm any duty charges for your country, please contact your local customs department for import duties
How to track for the oversea order ?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order's details. For all orders over HKD$500, your order will be sent by air mail with track , the track number will be provided once your order is sent.
For all orders under HKD$500, your order will be sent by standard air mail, no track number can be provided.
Return Policy:
Due to hygiene reasons, the reusable diapers and inserts are unable to be returned unless the garment received was faulty. However all others regular price items are eligible for a full refund or exchange . Sale items may be eligible for an exchange only but not for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. We ask that the garment has not been worn or washed , all tags are attached, and the garment should be well packed and protected when sending back. Any returned items should be in its original packing, if in any other conditions that will not be eligible for refund. or exchange.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us once you think the items may need to be return within 14 days after you received the item, but please do not send your item back until you receive our email with the items returned form (no matter for refund or exchange still need this form to process), please fill the information on the form and print that out, then send it along with the item which needed to return. Once we receive your returned items and check the conditions, we will process the exchange or refund back to your paypal account with 2 days.
Who pay for the return shipping costs?
In most cases, the buyer will pay for all shipping costs for the returned item either for refund or exchange but the faulty item will be send back to you at no extra charges.
